据theinquirer.net网站报道，随着NAND闪存领域的进步，一些企业已经开始在商用笔记本电脑中使用基于闪存的硬盘，而不仅仅是在工业笔记本电脑中使用。Adtron公司以及为其Flashpak闪存硬盘系列产品推出了一些新的产品。这些2.5英寸闪存硬盘的容量为32GB、96GB和160GB。

I25F Flashpak是一种基于单级单元NAND闪存的固态盘，容量在256MB至8GB间，支持标准IDE、PIO 0-4以及MultiWord DMA 0.2等传输模式。该产品支持商用(0℃至70℃)和工业(-40℃至85℃)温度范围。

I25F闪存盘采用工业标准的ATA接口，并可连接嵌入式计算机的IDE控制器，无需软件驱动就能作为导入或数据存储设备。I25F Flashpak存储子系统含有标准IDE 44引脚、2mm连接器，同时支持28位逻辑模块的寻址。
